As Twitter continues to ban conservatives, including the U.S. politicians, for the outrageous and discriminatory posts, the said conservatives are flocking to Parler — a new social media platform which, according to them, is not biased. Now, Sen. Mike Lee, a Republican from Utah, wants President Trump to become the Parler’s poster boy.

Sen. Lee has already used the much-scorned Twitter to address Trump and invite him to Parler, claiming that the site hosts a lot of the President’s “fans.” Lee himself has been using it for more than a year. Interestingly enough, a Parler account with the same name as Trump’s official Twitter handle was registered on June 16th this year, but it remains entirely inactive.

Parler, established in 2018, has been touted as an island free of the “leftists” censorship. It has 1,5 million followers as of June 2020, and the Alexa rank of 23,425.
