Business experts call multi-level marketing (commonly known as MLM) a pyramid scheme scam. Right now, President Donald Trump and his offsprings have been sued for committing an MLM-related fraud.

On April 9th Federal Judge Lorna Schofield ordered that never before seen videos from Celebrity Apprentice, a reality show that the Trumps once stared in, must be released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, reports Bloomberg.

Starting from 2005 the Trumps actively advertised an MLM called ACN Opportunity LLC. Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Ivanka Trump pursued several entrepreneurs involved in the show to invest in a desktop video phone project.

The deal then fell through, causing the investors to lose money. One of them had to sell her house to cover the losses.
