UN Announces More Than 2million Children Requiring Assistance In Tigray Region


At this time of year, it is incumbent upon us to think of children who are worse off than our own. This is very pertinent to what is going on in the horn of Africa. The outbreak of fighting that has ravaged a country used to suffering unending wars. Is again facing a dire situation as a result of fighting to rage between government forces and a liberation group. At its onset, the UN requested unfettered access to those in need. To provide humanitarian and medical assistance. Although this was agreed it finds itself asking again. There is now a mass migration of refugees moving into another country. Among them are 2million+ children who require assistance urgently. They are in need of food and medical supplies urgently. If they do not get it we will have yet another human disaster on our hands.
