The number of deaths in the US has reached a new high for the season. Hospitalisations and case increases continue to soar which has some doctors state. If cases continue to rise at these unprecedented rates then the number of deaths will reach a new high by Christmas. Another states that hospitals are reaching a tipping point and will be overwhelmed by then. The light at the end of the tunnel is that vaccines are being tested for approval. Even then they will not get to the general public until spring. They will be given to health workers and first responders first. There is also the issue of children. We know they can catch the virus and spread. However, vaccines need to include them in trials which has not been the case so far.
